Terms & Conditions
1) General Terms
Customers may cancel their order by providing a cancellation request in writing via email to Cancellations@ventassales.com.
2) Effective Date
Is the date the customer signs up to a course via the website landing page.
3) Cancellation Window
For a full refund customers can cancel their service contract within 14 days of the Effective Date. If the service has already commenced within this period, a partial refund will be provided to account for the services already performed.
4) Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request within the seven days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Within the 14-day cancellation period, customers selecting Silver or Gold have the option to request moving to a lower tier. Refunds will not be granted once the 14-day cancellation period has passed.
5) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please check your bank account again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Cancellations@ventassales.com.
6) Changes to the Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time, with changes posted on our website.
7) Fees
A cancellation charge equal to a monthly fee of the customer’s selected tier will apply.
Any customer electing to move to a lower tier within the cancellation window and then
cancelling will be charged the fee of the original selected tier rate.
